　　本报北京5月19日电 (记者王云杉)记者从日前召开的全国城镇老旧小区改造工作现场会上获悉：2019—2023年，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区22万个，惠及居民3800多万户、约1亿人。更新改造水电气热等老化管线管道近30万公里，增加文化休闲、体育健身场地2600多万平方米，增设养老、托育、便民市场等社区服务设施6.8万个。
